At KSA Beauty Nails and Spa, we strive to provide exceptional service to all our clients. To ensure that we can accommodate everyone, we have implemented the following cancellation policy:
- Deposits: A deposit is required to secure your appointment. Please note that all deposits are non-refundable.
- Cancellations: If you need to cancel your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will result in the forfeiture of your deposit.
- Late Arrivals: If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, we may need to reschedule. In such cases, the deposit will not be refunded, and a new deposit will be required to book a new appointment.
- No-Shows: Clients who do not show up for their appointment without prior notice will forfeit their deposit and may be required to pay a fee before booking future appointments.
- Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours in advance to avoid losing your deposit. Rescheduling within 24 hours of your appointment will be treated as a cancellation.
